Natasha - Manager

I have worked in childcare since 2012 and am passionate about providing high-quality care for every child. I believe in creating a happy, inspiring, and nurturing environment where children can thrive and, most importantly, have fun! As a manager, my goal is to ensure that children, parents, and staff all feel supported, valued, and at home in our nursery.

Outside of work, I enjoy pet sitting, spending time with friends and family, and exploring new places.

“Children may forget what you said, but they will never forget how you made them feel.”

Purvi - Deputy Manager

It’s been five years since I moved to London, and during this time I’ve really enjoyed working with children and learning about the EYFS. The experience has helped me grow both personally and professionally — every day brings something new to learn and smile about. Working with children has truly nurtured my patience, creativity, and understanding, and I love being part of their early learning journey. Watching them explore, grow in confidence, and reach new milestones makes my job so special and fulfilling.”

“Every day is a chance to learn,
You Know You’re a Teacher When…

you’re having a bad morning until you get to work and see the smiles on those little faces, and somehow, your troubles seem to melt away for a while”.

I enjoy dancing, socialising, discovering new places, learning new things, pushing myself to take on new challenges and sometimes reading.

Sona - Baby Room Leader

I have been working in childcare for 14 years and am responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. This role involves supporting children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development through age-appropriate activities and daily routines. I also plan and implement educational and recreational activities that promote learning and development. Additionally, I support children with daily routines, including meals, naps, hygiene, and playtime. My hobbies are Zumba classes and spending time with my family.

Neelam - Pre-school Teacher/SENCO

My career path into childcare began in 2021 and felt less like a choice and more like a profound calling. I truly believe it was meant to be—a divine plan that placed me with these little children. My previous roles as a yoga instructor, homemaker, and mother of two provided me with essential skills: mindfulness, patience, discipline, and a holistic focus on well-being. My purpose is now clear: to offer exceptional care and build the best possible foundation for their future.

Apart from work, I enjoy long walks in nature or city environments, listening to philosophical talks, dancing, and drawing.

I approach education with a fundamental belief: to become a great teacher, you must first become a good student. This conviction means that listening to children is the most powerful tool in my practice. By actively observing and paying attention to their unique cues and interests, I can truly understand their needs and guide them effectively.

Lakshmi - Toddlers Teacher

My teaching journey began quite unexpectedly about 15 years ago, when I joined a small phonics course at my son’s school. What started as simple curiosity soon became a true passion, inspiring me to complete my teaching assistant courses and step into the world of education. Over the years, I have also had the joy of teaching the Indian classical instrument, the Veena, sharing the beauty of music and culture with others.

After spending several years in banking and gaining valuable life experience, I felt a strong pull to return to what I love the most—teaching. Now, as I begin my very first role in EYFS, I feel both excited and fulfilled to be back where I belong, helping little learners grow and discover the world.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, exploring different foods, spending time with friends and family, painting, and dancing at community events and parties.

Every chapter of my journey—from music and banking to teaching—has brought me closer to what truly makes me happy: inspiring others, staying creative, and celebrating life.

Siumi - Nursery Chef/Floater

I have experience working with children through both teaching and care roles, and I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and joyful environment where every child feels supported. As a preschool teacher and nursery chef, I love encouraging children’s curiosity through play, helping them grow in confidence, and providing healthy, comforting meals that make them feel at home.

I bring a calm, friendly, and professional approach to my work, and I truly enjoy being part of the children’s daily routines and watching their unique personalities shine.

“Every child is a new beginning—full of potential, wonder, and endless possibilities.”

Iman - Nursery Apprentice

As an Early Years Apprentice with a background in veterinary care, I have been passionate about working with children from a young age. I am excited to begin my journey in early years education while continuing to develop my skills within a nurturing nursery environment.

I love creating a fun, supportive space where every child feels safe, valued, and eager to learn. Making a positive difference in children’s lives—while ensuring they enjoy every moment of their learning journey—is what matters most to me.

Outside of work, I have a strong love for nature, travelling, and exploring new countries. I enjoy photography and films, and I am a big animal lover, with pet rabbits of my own.

“Every child is a story yet to be told, full of wonder and endless possibilities.”
